The June 18 string ensembles workshop has been postponed in order to engage the services of well-known violist and conductor Lawrence Jacks. To meet attendee availability with Mr Jacks's Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Orchestra Victoria schedules, the new date will fall well after the end of secondary school holidays - late term 3 to early term 4. An update will be posted here as details arrive.

The seminar details will remain the same, however. The focus will be on equipping participants with the conducting techniques & skills necessary to successfully conduct string orchestras, and including the opportunity to work with a live string ensemble  and receive guidance on the podium from a mentor.
